Refund Policy

No Refunds Policy
- ✕All MintX Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual) are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
- ✕No refunds are offered for any reason, including dissatisfaction, change of mind, or non-use.

- ✓Failed or duplicate charges are refunded in full within 3 business days.
1. Free Tier
MintX offers a free Starter tier with no credit card required. No charges are ever applied to free accounts, so no refunds apply.
2. Non-Refundable Subscriptions
All MintX Pro subscriptions — monthly and annual — are non-refundable. By completing a subscription purchase you acknowledge and agree that:
- No refund will be issued for any reason once payment is confirmed.
- This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, non-use of the service, dissatisfaction with signal accuracy, or market conditions.
- Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
We encourage you to use the free Starter tier to evaluate MintX before upgrading to Pro.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after the billing period ends.
- No partial-period refund is issued.
4. Failed & Duplicate Payments
If you were charged for a failed transaction or charged twice for the same subscription, contact billing@mintx.trade with your Razorpay order ID. We will investigate and process a full refund for erroneous charges within 3 business days.
5. RM & Enterprise Plans
RM and enterprise plans are subject to separate terms agreed upon in your written contract. Please contact enterprise@mintx.trade.
